POE 3.5 Witch Elementalist Starter Blade Vortex Build (PC,XBOX,

    You will use blood rage in case you can sustain it (have sufficient regen).

    Stats to hunt for:

    * Spell damage
    * Elemental damage

    * Damage combined with spells
    * Gain % of physical damage as [element] damage (shaped weapons mod)
    * Elemental resists penetration
    Inpulsa's Broken Heart will be the BiS armor due to this build.
    It boosts both single target damage (using the increased shock effectiveness and increased damage mods) and AoE (through shocked enemies you kill explode mod).
    Until you have Inpulsa's, use any rare or unique armor, preferably with life and resists.
    Starkonja's Head

    Amber Amulet
