Realm Royale also includes a system of protections and armor

  • As in many Battle Royale titles, Realm Royale also includes a system of protections and armor that characterize your game. Specifically, in Realm Royale the armor is treated in a similar way to many role-playing games or to many hack slashes, with skills that are progressively improving depending on the workmanship of the piece of metal being worn. The armor in Realm Royale is a parallel parameter to that of health points; it is represented visually as a yellow bar just above the waistline. The armor is acquired looting the crates and interacting with the various components of reinforcement that can be released to the ground.

To recover the armor there are two ways: through the appropriate potions, which can be used by pressing the H key or by using the passive bonus of the engineer class (engineer), which recovers 5 armor points per second. In Realm Royale there are four different types of armor, one for each macropart of the body of one character, Helmet (Elmo), Breastplate (Corazza), Gauntlets (Gloves) and Greaves (Boots). Each armor can be found with four different rarity values: Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary.

Legendary armor cannot be found on the ground but must be crafted in the forge using shards by disassembling objects that are not wanted or used. Their specific bonus once you equip a rare version of the object is linked to the passive regeneration of health points. Realm Royale Power Leveling is universally excellent and is perfect if paired with the warrior whose passive ability allows you to recover another 5HP per second; with the Legendary rarity armor it will be possible to recover as much as 20 hp per second that could make the difference during the central phases of the game, when many Legendary rarity weapons still don't circulate.

The Gauntlets or gloves are the third category of armor that we are going to analyze. They give the usual extra armor points and in their rarity versions Epic and Legendary offer a bonus very similar to the passive one of the Hunter class, offering greater speed of exchange between the weapons and a greater speed of recharge. This bonus is useful with the class that needs to quickly switch weapons to do a lot of damage by not having a legendary weapon worthy of the name; Classes such as the Assassin or the Engineer are fully included in this definition.

The Greaves, or boots, are the last type of armor that we are going to analyze for this guide. Realm Royale Boosting offers bonuses that only relate to the speed of movement of your character when you are straddling your mount (callable by pressing the Z key). All the classes in a certain sense benefit from this bonus since the mounts are used very much to move from one point to another of the map in an attempt to re-enter the Safe Zone. As for the fights, it is necessary to think about the mount differently; since it is not possible to get on your own mount inside buildings or while taking damage it is necessary to use the mount only as a gap closer in extreme cases; consequently it agrees that the class that most needs to be short range to do a lot of damage is a Warrior that does not have the Charge ability.
