Let's look at the main functions of each part of the sand making machine. 1.Feeding hopper The structure of the feeding hopper is generally a cylinder, and its main function is to feed the incoming material from the feeding equipment into the sand making machine. The feeding hopper is provided with a wear ring, which has good abrasion resistance to prevent damage due to the strong friction of the material without being broken. 2.Distributor The main function of the distributor is to screen the crushed material in order to screen out the qualified fine material and discharge it to the crusher, and the unqualified material continues to enter the crusher under the action of the distributor until the fineness reaches Claim. 3, vortex crushing cavity The structure of the vortex crushing cavity is generally an annular space composed of upper and lower cylinders. The impeller rotates at high speed in the vortex crushing cavity. The material can also reside in the vortex crushing cavity to form a material lining. The process mainly occurs in the vortex crushing cavity. Impeller body The impeller body is generally installed at both ends of the bearing, and the material entering the center of the impeller is evenly distributed to various parts through high rotation to cause strong impact and friction on the material, thereby crushing the material. 5.Spindle assembly The main shaft assembly is installed on the base to transmit the power transmitted by the motor through the V-belt and support the rotary motion of the impeller. The main shaft assembly is composed of a bearing seat, a main shaft, and a bearing. 6.Base The base is generally installed on the bracket, or it can be directly installed on the foundation. The vortex crushing cavity, the main shaft assembly, the motor, and the transmission are all installed on the bottom seat. The shape of the base structure is a square prism space in the middle, and the center of the square prism space is used to install the spindle assembly. The motor is in the longitudinal part of the base. 7, transmission device and motor and bracket The motor is installed on both sides of the main shaft assembly. The motor is connected to the main shaft pulley through a V-belt to balance the forces on both sides of the main shaft without generating additional torque. The sand making machine can be configured with or without a bracket according to the installation environment.
